From July 11 to 13, 2025, Rotaract clubs in the southern region (Jérémie, Les Cayes, Léogâne, and Jacmel) gathered for an extraordinary joint handover ceremony. The event was held in the country's third-largest city for this third edition.

Four young women leaders have taken the reins of the region's clubs: Rose Shestère Marpha Antoine, Jessica Charles, Rose Carmelle Damour, and Felicienne Justin, respectively presidents of the clubs in Jérémie, Les Cayes, Léogâne, and Jacmel.
In the presence of Rotaractors, prospects, Rotarians, local elected officials, and guests, the new president of the Rotaract Club of Jacmel for the 2025-2026 Rotaract year, Felicienne Justin, emphasized the importance of teamwork in her speech, as she believes in the collective effort.
“I don't see this mandate as just a title. It's a commitment. I will do it for myself. We will do it together.”
Félicienne Justin, President of the Rotaract Club of Jacmel

In her remarks, Felicienne Justin was keen to point out that this statement was not dictated by blind faith in her team, let alone in herself, but by a deep conviction: that of believing in the strength of the collective. In US.
The committee for this new Rotaract year intends to strengthen its impact, respond to community needs, anticipate challenges, and above all, innovate. Priority will also be given to mental health, in line with the Wellness project launched by District 7020.
Here is the composition of the 2025-2026 committee of the Rotaract Club of Jacmel:
Felicienne Justin, President, Wendy Colas, Vice President, Sophiana Damus, Secretary, Betty Chéry, Chief of Protocol, Sancia Pierre-Louis, Treasurer, Darlou Alexandre, Immediate Past President.
This year, the southern region of Rotaract is led by women leaders at the helm of clubs in Jérémie, Les Cayes, Léogâne, and Jacmel. Alongside them, the ADRR for the southern region, Claricia Clerveaux, is also a woman, reinforcing the image of strong, determined, and action-oriented female leadership.
May this new Rotaract year be marked by cohesion, innovation, and impact. See you in July 2026 in Léogâne, in the historic city of Anacaona, to write a new chapter together.
